What do you really do?

As much as we try to share on our site and in our initial conversations with people, our concept is fairly unique and we end up with the question “how does it work?” and “what do you really do?”.

Quite simply, we make affordable custom suits and dress shirts but we’ve designed a concept that is more personalized than your traditional suit buying experience. Here’s a little more about what we do:

1) We come to you: Whether it’s an in person consultation or over a video conference, we want you to connect with a live person that’s going to help you walk through the design of your custom suit. We don’t even have a brick and mortar store! That means that your schedule is what guides us in setting up the consultation. Are you only available in the mornings or late evening, or do you want someone to come by the office over your lunch? It doesn’t matter to us and we want to make it as convenient as possible for you.

2) We don’t make anything until you design it: This would be reminiscent of whatever Fast Food restaurant says they don’t cook it until you order, but we do it even better! We don’t have pre-made suits or stockpiles of fabric that we’re trying to push onto our customers. We have hundreds of fabrics to choose from and then you are able to customize your suit with over 30 customizations. We create every suit from your unique pattern, based on the measurements that we take at your consultation.

3) Consultations are Free, no obligation: We want you to be able to check out our fabrics, talk with a Style Consultant and see if this is the right fit for your next suit or dress shirt. We’re pretty confident that you’ll agree with us, but if you decide to go elsewhere, we’ll understand!

4) Custom doesn’t have to be expensive: This is probably the most important. To be honest, we don’t typically compete with the other high end custom retailers. If you want to spend $2000-$4000 on a suit I can give you some companies that do a fantastic job! Our thought though is that we can provide great fit, coupled with high quality fabrics and manufacturing without having to break the bank. Our average client is someone that typically goes to a Macy’s or Nordstrom’s and we can tell them that for the same amount of money that they would have spent there, they can get a suit that was designed and created only for them.

If you have questions about our process or product, feel free to ask! There’s always someone around to help
